visiting lecturer
visiting lecturer
Egy lean szemléletű nagyvállalatnál dolgozom 2008 óta. A korábbi termelés vezetői munkám részeként oktatói szerepkört is vállaltam.

Beriv Zrt Factory Manager, Lean Process Development
I have a degree in economics with a specialisation in logistics. I completed my higher education as an adult, with several years of work experience behind me. I was working as a production and logistics manager in a large company for 16 years, when I was introduced to the basics of the lean approach. Armed with the knowledge I gained there, I started to review and reorganise processes at my workplace. This helped to convince colleagues of the importance of the lean approach and their involvement in the reorganisation. I gained further experience in introducing the basics and tools of the lean vision when I trained staff in smaller companies. I have helped companies to increase their efficiency and reduce their losses, and helped their employees to recognise their value. I found my credo as a trainer in the words of our contemporary writer István Vörös, himself a trainer: "A man teaches well when he learns at the same time."
